Brogen and Capriece's 1st days of Preschool 2011-2012
So its September now and we are just getting back into the swing of school! Brogen is attending his 2nd year of pre-school since he misses the kindergarten cutoff date, and this is Capriece's very 1st year going. I can't believe how grown up they are both getting. The school they are going to this year is called Tanglewood Studios and it offers a lot of extra curricular classes as well. Capriece is doing ballet and tap dancing, gymnastics, and music and Brogen is learning all the sports, gymnastics, and music too. They LOVE going! They were so excited their first day that they didn't even turn around to say goodbye to me and Brandon! When they got home, Capriece immediately started asking me how many more days till they got to go again. They both have been doing so well with all their school work, and Capriece has impressed us with her good behavior in class. I think they will have a lot of fun this year and learn a lot too. And we are very much looking forward to their spring show's and recitals.

Briley Updates
Briley is 6 months old now and is really starting to be fun. She has learned how to do all sorts of things and has reached all kinds of milestones as well. She is an absolute delight and everyone can't help but smile whenever she's in the room. She loves being on the floor playing with her big brother & sister, and loves to go outside too! We are so glad to have this little sweet angel in our family. Here are just a few of the things she's been doing. Enjoy!

Brogen's Preschool Graduation!!
Brogen is getting so big so fast and on this past Tuesday, the 24th, he reached the first of many big achievements in his life...he graduated Pre-school! He has grown and learned so much over this past school year and is so smart it amazes me daily. He can write his full name, first and last, he can spell, he can count to 200, he can write his numbers, he knows his phone number, the days of the week, and months of the year, colors, shapes, he's starting to read small words, etc etc etc...and so much more I cant even name it all. His teacher, Miss Marcie, did a wonderful job and really took the time to teach the most important things to all her young students. We are so glad that we picked Wee Wonders for him to go too. The little Graduation ceremony was so sweet, they sang some of their favorite songs and then each kid got a little certificate of completion along with a paper grad cap, and a special pillow case. Brogen was so proud and kept beaming and beaming. He did a great job singing up in front of everyone, (even though he had a little trouble containing his excitement and standing still...but that's our Brogen for ya)....and after it was over he got to play one more time with his best friend Jexton before we went out to dinner to celebrate....McDonald's style! Everyone got ice cream sundaes. It was a great night. We are so so proud of our little boy and are proud of the boy he is becoming. We love you so much Brogen. Here are some pic's and video clips we took of the graduation....sorry for the shaky video...I had a 2 yr old lil girl trying to use me as a jungle gym the whole time (I think she was just a bit jealous)! lol Enjoy!

Mother's Day!
The moment a child is born, the mother is also born.
She never existed before.
The woman existed, but the mother, never.
The woman existed, but the mother, never.
A mother is the product of a miracle.
My three little Angels!!
This year Mother's Day was extra special....it was the first year the kids were really old enough to understand what was going on and come up with the cutest, sweetest things for me all on their own. I feel so lucky and blessed to be the mother of my three amazing kids. They are my world and my hearts desire, and I wouldn't be who I am today with out them. I love all three of them so very much, and my wonderful husband too, who loves me enough to join me on this journey of parenthood. They all spoiled me so very much, and I felt so loved on my special day....or weekend I guess I should say. It all started on Friday when I came home from work to beautiful flowers and my favorite chocolates that they all picked out for me together. Then on Sat morning, Brandon took me out to a nice breakfast, and then to a family movie with the kids. We had so much fun, they love going to the theater and are so good too! Then he let me take a wonderful long nap later that afternoon while he tended all three kids, and let me rest. It was soooo nice. On Sunday we went to church as a family, and they had a beautiful Mother's Day program where the primary kids got up to sing special mother's day songs...and Brogen went up there for the first time. I can't believe how big he is getting, and moments like these just take my breathe away. He sang so sweet and was so happy it just melted my heart. After church the kids and daddy gave me their funny, sweet cards they got me and we spent the rest of the day enjoying being together. I couldn't have asked for a better mother's day gift then that. I love my precious little family so much and couldn't imagine my life without them. I am truly truly blessed. Life is perfect!!!
My beautiful flowers & yummy chocolates!
My special Mother's Day dessert...one of my most favorite!

HAPPY EASTER FROM THE HEATONS!
This year we got to celebrate Easter a couple of times, first down in St. George with all the family, then again up here in Tremonton at home. The kids ended up doing two different egg hunts, then got to meet the Easter bunny, and got spoiled with their Easter baskets too. On the 1st of April Grandma colored eggs with all the kids while we were down in St.George and then they got to hunt for them out on Grandma and Grandpa's front lawn with all the cousins. It was a lot of fun to watch them all play together, having a good time and getting so big. Then we took the kids down to the city park up here in Tremonton the Sat. before Easter, to do the city's annual big egg hunt. I think the whole entire town showed up and the fields were packed. They had split up the kids into different age groups, but I think our kid's was the largest. It was a mad dash once they blew the start horn and I think Brogen & Capriece were a bit overwhelmed because they had a pretty slow start. Poor Capriece ended up getting knocked over twice by other adults and Brogen only managed to swipe up one lil egg. (but a friend of ours shared an egg with Capriece so she wasn't left out...it was really nice of him!) So they got to turn in their eggs for some treats, but it was so wild and crazy...they had an ambulance there. Probably wont be doing that again until the kids are big enough to fend for themselves. Later that day we took the kids down to Ogden to the Treehouse Kids Museum to have some family fun and meet the Easter bunny. Talk about a really neat place, they had everything there a kid could ever imagine, and it was all hands on. We spent the whole afternoon running from one thing to another trying to see it all. Boy were we worn out after that. So the kids left their Easter baskets out for the Easter Bunny to come by that night, and Sunday was spent going to church, relaxing with the family, and getting sick off of all the candy and goodies the bunny brought. It was a great Easter and we had a blast doing it all! Hope the kids will remember how much fun they had!
THE GRANDKIDS!
